
General Information
The Juneau Hostel is a non-profit open to all ages and provides affordable short-term dormitory style accommodations for travelers. We offer a comfortable common room with couches, kitchen with dining room table, shared bathrooms with shower stalls, washer/dryer, lockers, a small library of donated books/games, piano, bike rack, and free internet. There is one family style room with private bathroom also available.
The hostel is located in downtown Juneau at the corner of 6th street and Harris street, near the Capitol building, Historic Downtown, the Juneau waterfront, and several popular hiking trails. Come stay with us in a historic Juneau home adapted for use as a comfortable hostel!

We do allow Service Animals with Proper Documentation.
We also have a House dog that lives with some of our House Parents.

Hostel COVID Policy
As of 2023 Only individuals who have been fully vaccinated will be permitted to enter the hostel.
Proof of vaccination will be required during check-in.
Rates
Hostel Closures
Effective for Reservations made on or after August 1, 2021
Adults (18+) - $30.00 + One Chore
Youth (6-17) - $15.00 + One Chore
Children (5 and under) - Free
Summer group rates are $30.00 per person, including youth.
Children and Youth must be traveling with a parent/guardian age 18 years or older.
